How do I start the process with Texas Trusted Home Buyer?

You simply fill out the short form here or give us a call at 469-812-8937.  We will learn about your house as well as your needs, and we’ll set up a time to come view the property. The day we see the property we will make you a fair All-Cash offer and will show you all of our numbers that led us to that offer.  If you like the offer, we set up a time to close, at your convenience, and we get money in your hand within a week in most cases.

Is there any obligation once I fill out the form?

If you make me an offer, am I obligated then?

How long does the home selling process take?

What if I don't want to accept your cash offer?

No problem at all.  We also have the option of partnering with you to list and sell your house, and you keep ALL of the profits.  It’s a popular option if you aren’t in a hurry to sell and you want absolute top dollar for it. 

What if I'm not in a hurry to sell?

Take your time.  If you’re not in a hurry, we’re not in a hurry.  We will work on your preferred schedule..

Can I choose my closing date?

Absolutely.  We can close later this week, or we can wait 6 months.  Whatever is best for you.

What hidden fees will I have at closing?

Or if there are other legal issues to sort through, that could slow it down too.
